If it's just a minor error (e.g., "Loa Angeles" instead of "Los Angeles"), your local post office may still be able to identify the correct address. Please contact them for assistance.
If the street name, zip code, or city are incorrect, we will contact your local post office on your behalf to make the necessary corrections. If that's no longer possible, we will send a replacement.
Unrecognized address format: Our system might not recognize the way an address was entered, or the package was assigned to a carrier that can't deliver to that address.
Restricted address: Sending orders to prisons, correctional facilities, or similar institutions may be subject to specific restrictions, affecting delivery.
Failed delivery attempts: Most carriers make multiple attempts to deliver a package. If they can't successfully deliver it, they'll return it to us.
Recipient refused the delivery: A gift recipient who isn't expecting a package may refuse it, believing it's a mistake.
We can't re-ship orders that carriers return to us as undeliverable due to the reasons above, except for the scenarios mentioned in point 2. If you still wish to purchase the same items, please place a new order on our website.
